Data-center construction is the fastest-growing source of industrial power demand, cooling infrastructure, structural steel, cabling and adjacent MRO in the U.S. right now. Texas and Virginia together account for roughly 30% of the national build, pulling contractor and worker-supply demand through their entire supply chains.
