Booking Terms
Sign agreement and pay 50% deposit to confirm. Balance due 7 days before event.
30+ days: full deposit refund. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: non-refundable.
$500 refundable deposit, returned within 7 business days after damage inspection.
Client must carry event liability insurance and provide proof of coverage.
Complete teardown within 2 hours after event ends. Overtime: $200/hour.
Indoor volume must comply with business park regulations. Reduce volume after 9 PM.
Outside catering allowed. Floor protection required. Clean up after event.
Pricing valid for 90 days. Cube-Age reserves the right to adjust. Client liable for any damage.
