Information you give us: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in an enquiry or quote request. Information collected automatically: standard web-server records such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit, plus aggregate website analytics.
To email you the pop-up sale dates, price lists and offers you asked for; to answer your enquiries and quote requests; and to see which pages are useful so we can improve the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
You receive marketing email only if you signed up for it. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. We act on unsubscribe requests promptly. The sign-up form is intended for business buyers aged 18 or over.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers named here, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose to. The sign-up and enquiry forms on this site are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email relay: what you type is passed to our inbox as an email, and FormSubmit keeps a copy for a limited period under its own retention policy. Appointment bookings on our private appointment page are handled by Cal.com, an external scheduling service whose calendar is embedded in that page: the name, email address and any notes you enter go to Cal.com, which stores the booking and sends the confirmation emails. Our contact, visit and pop-up schedule pages embed a Google Maps location map; when that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Our website analytics runs on a Matomo instance that is hosted and operated for us by a third party, which means that third party also handles the visit records described above. We do not yet use an email marketing provider; if we later move the sign-up list to one, we will name it here before we do so.
We store your language choice in your browser so the site stays in the language you picked. Our analytics may set a cookie to tell a repeat visit from a new one. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
We keep your sign-up details for as long as you stay on the list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, we remove you within 30 days and keep only your email address on a short suppression list, so that we do not accidentally add you again. If a subscriber has not opened or clicked any of our emails for 24 months, we remove them as well. Enquiry and quote correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship requires. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on its own standard cycle.
Email info@cube-age.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you for a straightforward request.
This site is aimed at business buyers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
