One day before to receive stock & merchandise
Booking Terms
Sign agreement and pay 50% deposit to confirm. Balance due 7 days before event.
30+ days: full deposit refund. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: non-refundable.
$500 refundable deposit, returned within 7 business days after damage inspection.
Your rental includes one complimentary day before the sale to receive stock and merchandise. Extra days billed near cost.
Brand handles its own resale permit and collects/remits Texas sales tax on all sales.
Client must carry event liability insurance and provide proof of coverage.
Complete teardown within 2 hours after event ends. Overtime: $200/hour.
Pricing valid for 90 days. Cube-Age reserves the right to adjust. Client liable for any damage.
